Our mission

Can Do Company was started in 2023 to provide my two sons, Evan and Nick McConnell, both young men on the autism spectrum, the opportunity to participate in meaningful work while developing valuable job skills.  Through ongoing guidance and support, they are provided an environment to learn, grow, and thrive while serving customers in Brownsburg and the surrounding communities.

With an unemployment rate as high as 85% among people with autism, it is evident that there is a pressing need for employment opportunities that fit this population.  Through this venture, Evan and Nick not only benefit from gainful employment, they help people in the community who may not be able to accomplish these particular tasks on their own.  Together, we can make a difference and redefine what is possible for individuals with autism in the workforce and provide them a brighter future.
